IK Ogbonna Files Lawsuit Against Instagram Celebrity Who Accused Him of Being Gay

IK Ogbonna has filed a lawsuit against Instagram user, Bold Pink, who accused him of being gay and having relationships with his male colleagues.
Bold Pink in her viral video, had accused the Nollywood actor and father of one of hiding his sexuality even when Bobrisky has motivated people to come out and declare their sexuality.

However IK Ogbonna who reacted to the viral video, filed a lawsuit against the Instagram user based in the United States and further demanded a retraction of her statement and a public apology. Sharing a copy of the lawsuit notice on Instagram, the actor wrote;

Canada has debunked reports that Justin Trudeau, its prime minister, begged President Muhammadu Buhari for one million Nigerian immigrants.

According to the report, because of its new employment and migration programme, pleaded with the Nigerian president for one million Nigerians to migrate to its country.

Owner of Ovation Magazine, Dele Momodu had shared the report, which has now been dismissed as false, on social media on Sunday.

“The programme’s website will be launched next week and all available jobs will be listed. Currently, there are over 6 million vacancies and we are hoping that Buhari allows at least one million people from Nigeria Nigeria,” he quoted.

However, the Canadian embassy in its response to Momodu’s tweet asked Nigerians to open their eyes whenever they see immigration offers that sound too good to be true.

“Over 4,200 Nigerians were approved for permanent residency in Canada in 2017, which is almost double the number from the year prior. Nigerians in Canada make important contributions to both countries.

Atiku produces evidence of defeating Buhari in the last presidential election

Atiku Abubakar, the former Vice President and PDP Presidential candidate in the February 23rd presidential election, has continued to say the result from the server of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) proved that he beat President Buhari in the presidential election.

Submitting a petition to the presidential election tribunal, Atiku provided the “unique MAC address and Microsoft product ID of the INEC server” where the results were obtained.

Recall INEC had on February 27th, declared President Buhari as the winner of the presidential election claiming he polled a total of 15,191,847 votes to defeat Atiku who had a total number of 11,262,978 votes.

However, Atiku in his submission proved that he polled a total of 18,356,732 votes to defeat Buhari.
Reacting to Atiku’s claim, INEC claimed the figures presented were forged.
Atiku and the PDP replied INEC via a statement which read thus;

“The Servers from which the said figures were derived belong to the first Respondent (INEC). The figures and votes were transmitted to the first Respondent’s Presidential Result’s Server 1 and thereafter aggregated in INEC_PRES_RSLT_SRV2019, whose Physical Address or unique Mac Address is 94-57-A5-DC-64-B9 with Microsoft Product ID 00252-7000000000-AA535. The above descriptions are unique to the 15t Respondent’s Server,” they said.

“There is no conjecture in the votes and scores in the table pleaded by the Petitioners. The figures are factual. The Spokesperson for the 2nd Respondent’s Campaign Organization openly admitted that the data in question was in the first Respondent’s Server when he wrote and submitted a petition to the Inspector General of Police and the Director General of the Department of State Services (DSS) asking the Security agencies to investigate the 2nd Petitioner herein for allegedly hacking into the Server of the 1St Respondent and obtaining the data in question.

“Specifically, Mr. Festus Keyamo, SAN, the Spokesperson of the 2nd Respondent claimed in the said petition that it was the first Petitioner who smuggled the data into the Server.”

Atiku and the PDP also alleged the INEC chairman “committed grave errors in the final collation exercise” for the election by “falsely crediting” some persons with political parties, including “Okotie Christopher, Reverend Dr. Onwubuya and Ojinika Jeff Chinze.”

“The grave errors referred to in paragraphs 4 and 5 above were under the hands and signature of the first Respondent’s Chairman, (who was also the Returning Officer) in the conduct of the final collation of the results of the Presidential Election,” they added.

“The Petitioners state that the final results as declared by the first respondent are those that were transmitted online to the website of the first Respondent (www inecnigeria.org).”

Ole Solskjaer To Make Pogba Manchester United New Captain

According to Daily Mirror report, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is ready to make Paul Pogba his new captain, after Antonio Valencia leaves the club this summer.

Valencia’s 10-year spell at Old Trafford is set to come to an end, with United refusing to offer the veteran defender a new contract.

David De Gea, Chris Smalling and Pogba have all worn the armband this season, but the Frenchman will be offered it on a full-time basis.

Daddy Showkey Curses SARS Officers For Killing A Lady

Just like many Nigerian celebrities, Daddy Showkey is also not happy with the SARS.

The veteran musician who condemned police brutality taking place all over the country and the inability of the President to curb the act, cursed the officers involved in the murder.

This comes after photos surfaced online showing a woman killed by SARS officers while her boyfriend is fighting for his life.

Popular comedienne, Helen Paul revealed she didn’t hate her father for raping her mother.

She made the statement after the revelation she made about the circumstances of her birth.

Helen Paul said in a recent interview that she does not regret sharing the news of herself being born out of rape at the time she did.

She stated, “I chose the occasion to reveal the story of my birth because I dedicated the degree to my mother.

Paul said despite her father’s misconduct at the time, she had never held any grudge against him.

She stated, “I am on good terms with my father. Is there anyone who doesn’t have a cordial relationship with his or her father? That can only happen if you are a terrible child. Regardless of what your father might have done to you in the past, your father remains your father.

If I said I was not affected by it while growing up, that wouldn’t be honest. It could affect anyone but I used my situation to my advantage. It inspired me to always do more and be the best, instead of being depressed.”

Helen Paul also stated that she was not done with learning, arguing that once one stopped learning, the person would stop functioning.

She said, “I like to learn; so, I will keep learning. Tomorrow, don’t be surprised if you see me learning tailoring or hairdressing. However, there was a time I really wanted to give up while studying for my doctorate degree but I had the right people around me.

In life, you cannot do it on your own; you need certain people around you to achieve greatness.”

Man Beaten To Pulp After He Was Caught Trying To Defile A Little Girl In Borno

A suspected rapist was caught red-handed yesterday by the mother of a little girl he was trying to defile Maiduguri, Borno State.

However, their neighbor, identified as Joshua Kalakala, saw it as an opportunity to perpetrate his evil act.

Just Like Saraki Promise, Senate Passes Police Trust Fund Bill

If you can recalls that last week, President of the Senate, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, had promised the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Mohammed Abubakar Adamu, that the Senate would fast-track its work on both the Police Trust Fund Bill and the Police Reform Bill.

However, speaking on Tuesday, Saraki said the bill, which was also passed by the House of Representatives, will provide the funding needed for training and recruitment.

Saraki said, “By passing this bill, we will be creating big strides towards providing and improving security and the policing in our country.

“One of the major concerns has always been the issue of funding. We believe that this bill will provide the funding needed for training and recruitment.

“I am confident that by the time we lay the report on the Police Reform Bill, we would have gone a long way in moving the police in the right direction,” he added.
